Noah Igbinoghene is the only rookie to make it on this list and while it feels a little harsh, the Miami Dolphins are relying on him.

Igbinoghene was supposed to play a multi-faceted role on the Miami Dolphins defense. A Minkah Fitzpatrick type versatile role but so far he has been primarly lined up on the top receiver of the other team, on the outside. He hasn’t done a great job.

It isn’t easy for rookies to adjust to the NFL but cornerbacks traditionally can start out of the gate and make an impact right away. Igbinoghene is not doing that. In fact, he is doing the opposite. He has missed tackles, taken wrong angles, and been beaten deep. This needs to change and I’m sure as he gets more used to the NFL speed, the game will slow down for him but for someone that many touted as a big part of the Dolphins defense, so far, we are not seeing it.
