Moses could be the next great Nick Saban linebacker to learn under Brian Flores

Pick 22

Alabama LB Dylan Moses

The Dolphins are seriously lacking a run stopping linebacker at the second level. New York Jets running back Frank Gore is the latest example of that story.

Moses would be able to slot in between Jerome Baker and Kyle Van Noy and play the role that many believed Raekwon McMillian was bound to play this season. It’s possible that was a move the team shouldn’t have made, but they can make up for it with Moses.

Moses would be the latest Alabama linebacker prospect that head coach Brian Flores would have on his hands. The other? D’onta Hightower of the New England Patriots who has been pretty good in his career.

Moses is seemingly a similar player to Hightower when he was coming out of Alabama and could find himself becoming that.

What could see him starting as ideally a run stuffer, Moses could turn into the do it all linebacker for the Dolphins, and under the watchful eyes of Flores, he could become an All-pro player and a MLB the Dolphins haven’t had since Hall of Fame hopeful Zach Thomas.

Moses and Chase would grade out highly for the Dolphins and is one of a few ways they could go, but these two would be instant contributors on a playoff hopeful roster.
