Micah Parsons is the top linebacker and would fill a need for the Miami Dolphins.

Micah Parsons – LB – Penn State

Parsons is not only the best linebacker in this draft class, he is my favorite player in this year’s class. Parsons is a non-stop motor machine that has a great feel for the game. He can recognize plays quickly and will attack the line or the hole. Speed and quickness define him and he uses both exceptionally well to get around offensive blockers.

The Dolphins could use a guy like Parsons who will instantly upgrade the Brian Flores defense. Despite all the positives that go along with him, Parsons is still a luxury pick. Less so that Sewell but the Dolphins’ offensive needs are a lot deeper and Miami’s struggles on offense need to be addressed.

If the Dolphins do draft Parsons we can assume that they will likely go offense with the other three picks remaining in rounds one and two. Parsons though is an elite athlete and is considered the best defensive player in this year’s class.

Parsons on the Dolphins’ defense would be incredible to watch. Already one of the top units in the NFL, the rich would get richer with his addition.
