Arizona State WR Frank Darby is someone who could impress the Miami Dolphins.

Similar to Shi Smith, Darby will be a similar-looking prospect to Samuel and Aiyuk. At 6-foot-1 200-pounds is a freak athlete who was the leader of a young Sun Devils passing core.

In a COVID-19 shorten the season, Darby finished with only 6 receptions and under 100 yards in two games played. In his four seasons at ASU, Darby had his best season his junior season when he was playing behind Aiyuk. That season, he totaled 31 receptions for 616 yards and 8 touchdowns.

2021 was supposed to be the season Darby broke out, but COVID had other plans. However, Darby will have the chance to showcase his skill set in front of the Dolphins coaches, an advantage he has over his counterpart on the list in Shi Smith.

The Dolphins are in dire need of speed and athleticism at the wideout spot and either Darby or Smith can give the Dolphins down the line.

Whether or not the Dolphins take a wideout in the first round the team will still need to add another one later in the draft, and odds are it will most likely be a wideout that the team is able to see at the Senior Bowl.
