South Alabama LB Riley Cole may rise up the Miami Dolphins draft board.

Cole is an interesting prospect. At one time he was an Alabama commit who de-committed and decided to play for South Alabama. This tells me one of two things.

The first is that Cole has the talent and potential to be a very successful NFL linebacker, especially if Nick Saban and co wanted him. The second is, Cole may have just wanted to play even closer to home.

Regardless, the outcome is this, Cole has the opportunity to showcase his abilities at the Senior Bowl.

While he is not on the Dolphins national team, it is still quite possible the team will be able to take a nice long look at Cole.

As for fit with the Dolphins, Cole would slot right next to Baker, filling in for Elandon Roberts who is set to be a free agent.
