Allen Robinson could give Miami a top-10 wideout

Penn State. AllenRobinson. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. WR. 2. player. 57

In terms of talent, Robinson is more than likely ahead of Godwin. In terms of fit I think Godwin, and even Juju Smith-Schuster, would be better for the Miami Dolphins.

At 6-foot-3, Robinson is a big wideout who is known for his ability to be a physical wideout and be able to corral 50/50 balls. It sounds like Robinson would be a big addition for the Dolphins, if they didn’t already have a guy who is meant to do just that.

Robinson and Parker are arguably the same style wideouts, with Robinson being the much better player. The only way I would feel okay with the team going for Robinson, as well as putting him ahead of Godwin, would be if the team moved past Parker.

However, when Parker was able to be healthy he excelled as Tagovailoa’s top option. As possible as it is that the team needs more weapons, they may just need a solid number two possession wideout alongside Parker and tight end Mike Gesicki.

Robinson is here at number two solely due to his talent and the fact that he is available. If Miami thinks they can play with both Robinson and Parker together then the team should not hesitate.
