Fans vote for what the Miami Dolphins should do at pick three

Trading down won the fan voting with 44.4% of votes
Taking a majority of the votes, this option is the one that most fans, and even analysts believe is what the team will do.
The Dolphins are already in a good situation, coming off a 10-win season, they have their franchise quarterback, and an elite defense and do not realistically have an absurd amount of needs that a team picking in the top-five usually does.
Staying at pick three in a fairly light quarterback class outside of the top-five or six, could cost the Dolphins some valuable future picks.
However, even moving back a few picks could cost the team a shot at both Chase and Smith, but it would give them a chance at another Alabama wideout in speedster Jaylen Waddle. The team would also more than likely miss out on Penei Sewell, but could target Northwestern’s Rashawn Slater if they want to beef up the offensive line.
Trading back the number three overall pick would most likely give the Dolphins an additional second or third this year and quite possibly multiple selections in the 2022 draft as well. With the luck that the Dolphins had with this pick, it wouldn’t be shocking if the team tried testing their luck once again with good draft position.
One team’s misfortune is another team’s benefit, especially when you have the other team’s draft pick.
