The South Florida native could hit his potential with the Miami Dolphins.

Scouting Report. Northwestern. 46. 2. player. Pick Analysis. LB. AnthonyWalker Jr

Personally, I am a huge fan of Anthony Walker Jr and I think he fits the mold of a Flores linebacker.

For the Indianapolis Colts, Walker was overshadowed by the man they call Maniac. Yes, Darius Leonard is arguably a top-five linebacker in the entire league, but Walker is fast, athletic, and a solid football player in his own right.

The Colts had one of the best defenses in the league anchored by Leonard and Deforest Buckner. It is clear what Walker can do when paired with a solid linebacker and a good front-four. In Miami he would be in a similar position.

Walker ended the season with 92 tackles and one interception, but he had 0 sacks on the season. Baker had 7 sacks himself, which would allow the two to mesh well with each other.

It is likely that moving out of the Colts defense would be very beneficial for Walker, his athleticism would be put to use and he would be allowed to rush the passer.

Walker would most likely cost the Dolphins more than Milano, he would also likely have a bigger market than Milano. However, if the team were to go after Walker, he is the more athletic of the two and would fit Flores’ system better.
