Kenny Golladay has been linked to the Miami Dolphins, who are in need of a wideout

The Dolphins wide receiver group is in dire need of an upgrade in the form of an elite draft pick or targeting one of the remaining top wideouts in free agency.

The clear draft targets are the top-three of Alabama’s wideout duo of Jaylen Waddle and Devonta Smith or LSU’s Jamarr Chase. In free agency, the team is looking to add one of the top wideouts remaining. This group includes former Lion Kenny Golladay, former Texan Will Fuller, former Panther Curtis Samuel, and former Steeler Juju Smith-Schuster.

Among the group of top wideouts in free agency, the team is very tightly connected to Golladay.

According to ESPN’s Cameron Wolfe, the Dolphins and New York Giants are favorites to land the former Lion, at the moment.

The former Lion dealt with injuries last season, but was a highly productive deep threat for the team and would be a great addition to the Dolphins.

Even if the team does add Golladay, the team could still target one of the elite wideouts in the draft. After trading for Wilson, it is a big toss-up if the team will target Oregon offensive tackle Penei Sewell with the third overall pick. It would be beneficial for the team to trade back and still look to add another elite weapon for Tua Tagovailoa to develop unless the team fails to add an elite player at the following position.
