Pittsburgh takes the first running back off the board with pick 24
Phillips benefited more than any player off a transfer this past year. After being the number one overall recruit in the 2017 cycle, he suffered a frequent injury history at UCLA. After transferring to Miami, he was able to show why he was so highly touted and put up 8 sacks for the Canes. The Titans are in dire need of additional help at the EDGE position and Phillips has proven he has the talent to be great.
The Jets have improved their roster plenty this offseason and could look to continue it by signing Richard Sherman in free agency to improve the secondary. After improving the offense by drafting Sewell second overall the team could look at Greg Newsome II to help the secondary even more. Newsome II has been trending upward this offseason and could very well land this early if the top-three corners get off the board early.
The Steelers are in current need of adding a reliable running back since James Connor is currently a free agent. Najee Harris is the best running back in the draft class and is a special type of running back. Harris runs with power and speed and could be eased in as a bell cow with Benny Snell still with Pittsburgh.
