Jaguars draft an offensive lineman to protect Trevor Lawrence

Protecting Trevor Lawrence is the utmost priority for the and Vera-Tucker is a do it all offensive lineman. He can line up at any position along the offensive line and play at a very high level. Ideally, he would line up as a guard but would fill in if the team has an injury.

Even with the Browns adding Takkarist McKinley in free agency the team would benefit from adding another EDGE to add to the rotation. Ojulari is another freak athlete at the EDGE position and a trio of McKinley, Ojulari, and Myles Garrett would allow the team to get after the quarterback in a tough division.

After picking up Paye earlier in the draft, the team solves the massive hole left by trading away Orlando Brown Jr. Cosmi is capable of playing both left and right tackle but is seemingly more comfortable playing the right side. Protecting Lamar Jackson is a high priority and Cosmi would be thrown into the fire immediately.

However, after trading away Malcolm Brown to the Jaguars the team and now have a hole in their front-seven. Barmore was an elite talent at Alabama and in a division featuring the Falcons and the Buccaneers potent offense, getting to the quarterback is of the utmost importance.
