The Miami Dolphins should avoid these three 2021 NFL Draft prospects at pick 6.

Miami Dolphins fans know the feeling of Miami making the wrong pick far too many times. Dion Jordan at pick No. 3 in the 2013 NFL Draft will haunt Dolphins fans for a very long time. Jordan had the same amount of suspensions as sacks during his time in Miami: three.

After Jordan was suspended the entire 2015 season and then missed the entire 2016 season with a knee injury, Miami cut ties with arguably their biggest draft bust. Jordan was suspended for 22 games in Miami and only appeared in 26 games. Yikes.

To make matters worse, the two players taken after Jordan in the 2013 NFL Draft, Lane Johnson and Ezekiel Ansah, both made Pro Bowls in their career, and Johnson is still one of the best right tackles in football.

General Manager Chris Grier had a Jordan-like miss when he drafted Charles Harris in the 2017 NFL Draft. Harris was definitely a draft pick to forget for Grier, but I do not think many people focus on that miss.

Instead, many are focused on how he turned the No. 8 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft into arguably the most extraordinary moves in Miami Dolphins’ history. Grier moved back to pick 13 in the 2016 NFL Draft, selected tackle Laremy Tunsil, and a bong changed the Dolphins’ landscape.

Grier is still working his magic after his first move as Dolphins’ GM, trading pick No. 3 in the 2021 NFL Draft to the San Francisco 49ers for pick No. 12 and a significant haul. Grier then traded back up to pick No. 6 with the Philadelphia Eagles, and that is where Miami sits as we get closer to the draft.

Here are six options at pick 6 for the Dolphins, which we will debate each day until the 2021 NFL Draft on April 30, 2021. However, one thing that has not been discussed much is which players Miami should avoid at pick 6?

Well, here are three players Miami should avoid at pick 6 in the 2021 NFL Draft.
