After all the day one trades, the Dolphins are now filling out their roster with exceptional talent. They added an extra third-round pick thanks to the deal with Washington. Washington owned the 74th pick from the 49ers and their own pick at 82. The Dolphins get the 74th pick in this round because, well, to heck with Washington this is our mock draft.

With the extra third pick at 74, the Dolphins address center with Quinn Meinerz, center and offensive guard from Wisconsin-Whitewater. Meinerz will get plenty of playing time but won’t be rushed to start immediately but he can push Matt Skura for the starting job. His versatility makes Michael Dieter expendable as well. He is considered to be one of the top centers in this year’s draft.

The Dolphins take Syracuse CB Ifeatu Melifonwu at 81. Brian Flores loves secondary players and while they don’t necessarily need a corner, they can’t pass up on the opportunity to add quality depth to their roster.

The Dolphins are back into round four thanks to the deal with the Eagles in round one. They get their original 4th back in the trade, pick 123. Miami uses this pick on safety Andre Cisco.

Cisco is a senior out of Syracuse and gives the Dolphins some more depth at safety and with some development, he can be groomed to replace Bobby McCain or Ereck Rowe in 2022.
