This is going to be a tough one, but hopefully, last week’s win against the Texans helps to give build some momentum coming into this one.

Baltimore is another team that seems to have had Miami’s number over the last few seasons. They have also generally struggled against mobile quarterbacks in the past and they don’t get more mobile than Lamar Jackson.

That being said, I think that Miami’s secondary is going to do a good job shutting down Baltimore’s passing attack. Lamar Jackson will need to show a marked improvement in his passing game in order for him to take the next step. As of this moment, I haven’t seen anything to indicate that he has (yes, I recognize that there isn’t any football going on right now) and will assume that Byron Jones, Jevon Holland, Xavien Howard, and Eric Rowe are gonna have a fun day.

This game is going to be a great test of how far Miami has come at this point in the season. They have played tough opponents well these last few years and if Miami can limit the damage that Jackson can do, they should be in a prime position to take a victory home on national TV.

Dolphins record: 6-4
