The Miami Dolphins will visit Ryan Tannehill and the Tennessee Titans in week 17.

With the playoffs likely on the line, the Dolphins will play their previous starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill in Week 17. Tannehill will be trying to get the Titans back into the postseason and the Dolphins should be trying to make the playoffs for the first time in the Brian Flores era.

Tannehill’s time in Miami was highlighted more in controversy than success. That, however, wasn’t all his fault. Rumors of him not being popular or a leader in the locker room spilled onto social media and even the mainstream media. Many fans were never truly impressed with his abilities because he was never that big-name quarterback that they wanted. Making it worse, he had a coaching staff that seemed to not believe in him either.

By the time Tannehill started to play well and lead the team, he suffered a knee injury and in true Dolphins fashion, medical advice suggested he not have surgery so of course after a year of rehabilitation, he tore his knee again the following training camp.

This will be a big game with post-season implications and a game that both teams will likely need to win either for seeding or for a wild card spot.
