Ryan Tannehill keeps Titans in playoff chase knocking off Miami Dolphins

Ryan Tannehill’s return to Hard Rock Stadium to face the Miami Dolphins will be the water cooler topic of the week but it will be Derrick Henry who will keep Tannehill upright and allowed to do just enough to win this game.

This could be a playoff-type game with both teams looking to keep pace or hold their division leads and playoff chances. It could also be a game with major playoff implications and seeding.

Could Ryan Tannehill knock Miami out of the post-season chase? Could the Dolphins knock Tannehill and the Titans out? Perhaps but the loser of this game could very well receive a major blow to their post-season chances.

Tannehill played well for the Dolphins but Miami’s rotating offensive coordinators and poor coaching never gave him a chance. In Tennessee, he is getting more opporutnity to make plays and he has led the Titans to the playoffs in two consecutive seasons. He will look to make it three in a row and this game in Miami may be the catalyst that could clinch their playoff birth.
