Two losses in a row but no reason for Miami Dolphins to panic!

Beating the Buffalo Bills in Miami week two will not be easy and it may be even harder to do in Orachard Park on Halloween. The good news for the Dolphins is that they play pretty well on Halloween. Maybe it is their Jekyl and Hyde persona that will shine once again.

Traditionally, Miami struggles in Buffalo regardless of the weather. This game is the last game between the two clubs in 2021 barring a pairing in the post season. The AFC East could eventually come down to what happens in this game. A split would send the tie breaking numbers to division record but if the Dolphins or the Bills can sweep the 2021 series there will be a paved road to the AFC East Championship.

Both teams should by now be playing in mid-season form and every game forward will be important. The Dolphins should enter the game no worse than 5-2 and the Bills will probably enter the game with a similar record. That of course, makes this even more important for the Dolphins.

If these predictions are not accurate, the Dolphins could find themselves behind the Bills in the AFC East and a loss this week could take the division title out of Miami’s own hands.
