The Miami Dolphins come into the 2021-2022 NFL season with fairly high expectations. After exceeding the expectations of many in the previous season, the Dolphins will look to build on it this season. Here is my game-by-game prediction for this season.

Week 1: @ New England Patriots

This game is likely going to be a low-scoring affair. I will give the edge to the Miami Dolphins because of the familiarity factor. The Patriots have a ton of new weapons on offense, and I believe it will take them a little bit of time to build chemistry.

Prediction: Dolphins win 20-13

Week 2: vs. Buffalo Bills

The Miami Dolphins got blown out by the Bills to close the season last year. I think the Bills are going to come out flying out of the gates this season. They are also one of the best teams in the league and the Dolphins are still trying to get there. Advantage Buffalo.

Prediction: Bills win 28-17

Week 3: @ Las Vegas Raiders

The Dolphins essentially eliminated the Raiders from the playoffs last season. I think this is going to be a very difficult game for the Dolphins to win. The Raiders are a decent team and I think they pull this one out at home.

Prediction: Raiders win 24-21

Week 4: vs. Indianapolis Colts

This is a big game for the Dolphins. They play the defending champion Buccaneers the following week. I think the Dolphins play with a lot of urgency and pull this one out against a solid Colts team.

Prediction: Dolphins win 24-17

Week 5: @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This is a massive game for the Miami Dolphins. This will give us an early indication of what this team is all about. The Bucs are a better team and they will be at home for this one. I think the Dolphins keep it close but the Bucs pull this one out in the end.

Prediction: Buccaneers win 31-21

Week 6: @ Jacksonville Jaguars

This game will feel like more of a home game for the Dolphins. It will take place in London where there are a ton of Dolphins fans. I think the Dolphins’ defense is going to overwhelm Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars’ offense. The Dolphins should win this one pretty handily.

Prediction: Dolphins win 31-13

Overall Record (Weeks 1-6): 3-3
