Tom Brady

Perhaps the toughest game on the entire schedule will be the Week 5 matchup when the Dolphins travel cross-state to Tampa and take on the Buccaneers.

Miami is no stranger to Tom Brady. The two have met 35 times over the last two decades as the Dolphins and Patriots continued their division “rivalry” throughout all of New England’s dominance. Brady is now, of course, a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and is fresh off of his 10th Super Bowl appearance and 7th Super Bowl victory. As perhaps the only player who has actually defeated Father Time, he will be 44 years old at the start of next season and shows little sign of letting up.

The game will be a solid test for the Dolphins. It comes during the beginning of the season when Miami’s schedule is toughest, and it could be seen as a must-win game if they happen to struggle in the contests leading up to this one. If the Dolphins are able to come out victorious against Brady and company, it would be a huge stepping stone towards contention for the division as well as the conference.
