Will Fuller was signed to a one-year deal. If he can stay healthy, he could make a big impact for the Miami Dolphins this year but leave a void next season.

Will Fuller has incredible speed but on the Dolphins roster, he is far from the fastest. He has great hands and the Dolphins landing him in free agency was nothing short of a steal. This is the same player that Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers lobbied for last year and the Packers tried to trade for.

When he is healthy, he is a top WR and in Miami, he will give Tua Tagovailoa a deep threat and provide the offense with another target that opposing defenses will have to account for. The problem, he is on a one-year deal.

That is good and bad. The contract is an easy one for Miami and given his injury history a smart one as well. If Fuller can stay healthy and play at the level they expect, he could be re-signed to a longer deal. This is one of those players that the Dolphins will take a wait-and-see approach before extending him and they definitely should.

Will Fuller over Preston Williams will depend on whether or not Williams can stay healthy and if Fuller can as well. There is longer-term potential for Williams and he will be cheaper as well.
