The Miami Dolphins have three very good defensive tackles but one of them could jump the other this year in terms of production.

We finally conclude or four-day look at each position and the ranking of each player at those positions. Today, we come to the defensive tackles.

Since we didn’t do the special teams players, we can say that Jason Sanders is the best special teams player followed by punter Michael Palardy and then long snapper Blake Ferguson. Didn’t want to leave them out.

Jerome Johnson: The rookie has a big climb ahead of him but should see plenty of work in camp and during the pre-season.

Benito Jones: After spending his rookie season with the Dolphins, mostly on the practice squad, his six games of experience netted him two tackles. It is still an experience. Undrafted, Jones has to take the next step in 2021.

John Jenkins: Jenkins brings the Dolphins a lot of experience. He has nine years in the NFL playing four with the Saints, and one each with the Giants, Seahawks, Bears and Dolphins. 2021 will be his 2nd year with Miami and he adds quality depth to the unit.

Last year he posted one sack and 34 tackles in just five games.

Raekwon Davis: Davis had 12 starts in his rookie season but we have to wonder if that is because Sieler missed so much time? He had 40 tackles and one QB hit. There is so much to like about Davis and we all know how Brian Flores felt about him being drafted last year.

Zach Sieler: Sieler was really good last year in his nine games with the Dolphins. He had 48 tackles, 13 hits on the QB, and 4.5 sacks. He even knocked down two passes. Sieler is developing well and is going to press for more starts in 2021. Another season like that, and he will be jumping over our top DT in this ranking.

Christian Wilkins: It is hard to believe that Wilkins has only two seasons in the NFL. He has so much potential and room to get better. He has started 26 of 30 games he has played in and has 3.5 sacks and 103 tackles but more importantly, Wilkins is becoming a leader on defense and his enthusiasm is incredibly infectious.
