The Miami Dolphins are heading into their joint practices with the Atlanta Falcons before their second preseason game on Saturday, August 21, at 7:00 PM EST.

Miami has already had joint practices with the Chicago Bears, and then played their first preseason game against the Bears last Saturday.

Miami lost the game 20-13, but there was a lot of good to take away from the game.

For starters, literally the starters, Miami was up 13-3 heading into halftime, which is a good sign for how their main guys played.

Not every Miami starter played, and there was actually quiet a few not playing, but the Dolphins looked solid in their first real game action of the season.

Miami Dolphins fans saw a few players raise their stock on the team.

Starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was the big storyline in this game, as he has been the topic of discussion all offseason. Tagovailoa looked sharp in the preseason game, throwing with great timing, anticipation, and accuracy.

Tagovailoa did throw an interception in the end zone on his final pass of the day, but his rntire body of work outweighed the one mistake. Dolphins fans should be thrilled with how Tagovailoa looked and the arrow is trending up for Miami in 2021.

It wasn’t just Tagovailoa that showed promise in the first preseason game. There were a couple of Dolphins who showed out and their stock has went up. I could list a handful of players, but I am going to list my top three. So, with that, here are three Miami Dolphins’ players whose stock has went up..
