Round 4 (via PIT): Zamir White, RB, Georgia

Miami has two fourth-round picks in the 2022 NFL Draft, and they finally decide to draft a running back early, well early for the Dolphins. Georgia running back Zamir White is a Brian Flores running back. I am sure many fans would like to see Miami draft a running back early, but after passing on Najee Harris, I just do not think that will ever happen.

Honestly, I am probably a little crazy here saying they will take a running back in the fourth round, but White is a running back I think fans will love. White was the No. 1 running back in the nation according to 247 Sports and the No. 9 overall player in the country. He has dealt with some knee injuries, which will likely have him slide on draft day, but Miami would be wise to pick him if he is there in the fourth.

White would give Miami a legitimate RB1, and pairing him with Myles Gaskin and Salvon Ahmed would be a great running back room.

Round 4: Frank Ladson Jr., WR, Clemson

Like I said when I had Miami taking Jahan Dotson, Miami will have many questions at receiver after 2021. Will Fuller V is only on a one-year deal, Albert Wilson will be a free agent, Jakeem Grant will be a free agent, Preston Williams will be a restricted free agent, and Devante Parker may no longer be in Miami’s plans.

That is why they double dip here for a receiver, but this time they take Clemson receiver Frank Ladson Jr. The former top recruit has not been the guy yet at Clemson, which is why he may slide down some draft boards. However, he is a beast. He stands at 6-3, weighing in around 205 pounds, and he can move.

Ladson Jr. has the makings of being a starting receiver in the NFL; he just needs it all to come together.
