3. Jaelan Phillips records his first career sack

In Week 1, 2021 second-round pick Jevon Holland shined on defense for the Dolphins’ rookies. Holland was the highest-graded rookie defender according to Pro Football Focus (make of that what you want).

Holland was flying around the field and making big plays. Miami was confident they got a great player that slid to the second round, and Holland showcased that all offseason and now in Week 1.

In Week 2, it will be a different rookie defender who makes plays. Look for 2021 1st round pick Jaelan Phillips to record his first career sack in the NFL, and he will sack Josh Allen to make it that much sweeter.

Patriots coach Bill Belichick had high praise for Phillips before their Week 1 matchup, but Phillips will introduce himself to Allen in a big way.

Phillips will always be compared to Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris, but he will start making a name for himself on Sunday with his first career sack.
