Miami Dolphins: Top ranked teams lead our NCAA weekly watch list
By Pablo Rosero
#1 Alabama at #11 Florida
Where to watch: CBS 3:30 PM (ET)
Any time Alabama takes the field you will be watching at least 20+ future NFL players playing. This weekend’s matchup against 11th ranked Florida is no different.
Sophomore quarterback Bryce Young proved the hype is legit after dismantling a ranked Miami team in Atlanta during week one. This week will be his first start against an opposing SEC team and it should be a good one.
Florida will be looking for revenge against Alabama after barely losing to them in the SEC Championship last season. The Gators will not have the likes of first-round pick Kyle Pitts and Kadarius Toney, but new starting quarterback Emory Jones has put on a show in his past two starts. Although backup quarterback Anthony Richardson, who leads the team in rushing, is right on Jones’ heels for the starting job.
Alabama is loaded with NFL prospects but junior offensive tackle Evan Neal leads the way for the Crimson Tides likely day one picks. This should be the top game of the week.
