. (1-1). Previous: 6th. Pittsburgh Steelers. 11. team. 55

After an upset win against the Bills in Week 1, the Steelers get upset themselves in Week 2 against the Raiders. Even though they were without some starters on defense, it was still a big disappointing performance from them. They allowed the Raiders to throw the ball all day long without any worries. The offense did better this week, especially Najee Harris who got it going in the receiving game too. The Steelers welcome the Bengals to Pittsburgh on Sunday.

Previous: 13th. Dallas Cowboys. 12. team. 123. . (1-1)

The Cowboys offense kept things rolling against the Chargers in Week 2. Dak Prescott thankfully looks like his old self again and he is clicking with all of his receivers. Ceedee Lamb has been the standout so far, as it appears that the Cowboys nailed it with that pick. The run game also got going this week with Tony Pollard and Ezekiel Elliott both combined for 180 yards and 2 touchdowns. With the defense stepping up as well, the Cowboys look to continue to put it all together in their home opener on Monday night.

42. . (2-0). Previous: 14th. San Francisco 49ers. 13. team

The 49ers won in a classic low-scoring defensive game against the Eagles in Week 2. Scoring just 17 points, Jimmy Garoppolo struggled to truly get it going, but he did finish with 189 yards, 1 touchdown, and no turnovers. Nick Bosa helped hold it down on the defense side as he had 2 sacks. The 49ers defense played a lot better in Week 2 and they will need to continue to do that as they face the Packers this week.

(1-1). Previous: 12th. Seattle Seahawks. 14. team. 36.

The Seahawks blew a 24-9 halftime lead at home to the Titans and they went on to lose in overtime. It was a 2nd half meltdown from the Seahawks. Their defense was finally exposed once Derrick Henry and the Titans finally got going. The offense on the other hand was off to a hot start but they cooled off drastically scoring just 6 points the rest of the game. The Seahawks have a tough bounce back game this week on the road against the Vikings.

(2-0). Previous: 20th. Denver Broncos. 15. team. 45.

Teddy Bridgewater and the Broncos kept it going against the Jaguars. Bridgewater clearly showed who his favorite target is as he connected with Courtland Sutton 9 times for 159 yards. The defense also showed up in a big way, holding the Jaguars to just 13 points and intercepting Trevor Lawrence two times. The Broncos are off to a very hot start, and they look to continue that against the Jets this week.

15. . (1-1). Previous: 7th. New Orleans Saints. 16. team

The Saints from Week 1 completely disappeared this week in a blowout loss to the Panthers. It was quite a disappointment after the Saints looked like one of the best teams against the Packers. Jameis Winston was never able to get going, throwing for just 111 yards and 2 interceptions. The defense was also never able to get it together, the bright spot for them was their one interception off of Sam Darnold. The Saints get a touch road matchup with the Patriots this week to try and get back on track.

17. team. 47. . (1-1). Previous: 17 th. New England Patriots

The Patriots defense had the time of their lives on against the Jets. They had a total of 4 interceptions, 4 sacks, and allowed just 6 points in their blowout win. Mac Jones had a nice game despite having no touchdowns. But Damien Harris and James White are giving the Patriots a very solid run attack as they both had a touchdown in the win. The Patriots get a nice test at home to prove they are a threat this week against the Saints.

team. 13. . (1-1). Previous: 18th. Los Angeles Chargers. 18

The Chargers fell just short of an upset win over the Cowboys in Week 2. It was a very hard fought effort the entire game. The offense got a lot better overall, more receivers got involved and they finally got Austin Ekeler going too. If it wasn’t for Justin Herbert’s 2 interceptions, the Chargers may have came out with the win. The defense improved as well, holding the Cowboys to just 20 points and even intercepting Dak Prescott once. Things don’t get easier as the Chargers now go on the road to take on the Chiefs.

Previous: 11th. Miami Dolphins. 19. team. 59. . (1-1)

The Dolphins home opener did not go according to plan, as they were shutout by the Bills 35-0. Tua left the game in the 1st quarter and the offense was never able to get going consistently under Jacoby Brissett. Receivers were dropping a lot of passes, and the run game wasn’t good either. It was overall a very bad performance for the offense. The defense wasn’t too bad but you can only hold off the Bills for so long until they get going. The Dolphins look to get back on track in a tough road game against the Raiders.

58. . (1-1). Previous: 19 th. Washington Commanders. 20. team

Washington got their first win over the Giants at home last week. But if it wasn’t for the Giants jumping offsides, Washington would be sitting at 0-2. Nonetheless, Taylor Heinicke and Terry McLaurin could not be stopped. The duo went off, connecting 11 times for 107 yards and 1 touchdown. Antonio Gibson never really got going, and the defense still struggled at times. Washington next gets a tough game with the Bills, but the offense’s recent performance is a promising sign.
