Eric Rowe is no doubt the best Dolphins safety. He is clearly the leader of the group ahead of Jason McCourty, Jevon Holland, Brandon Jones, and Clayton Fejedelem.

Rowe has another very tough test on Sunday as he will be the one who is guarding Raiders tight end Darren Waller the most. Rowe has been the one in the past who usually covers opposing team’s tight ends and that should continue here.

Rowe has had a pretty good history covering tight ends. He is off to another very hot start this year. He is tied 4th among safeties allowing just 7 total receptions so far this season.

In the past, Rowe has famously locked down some top tight ends like George Kittle and Zach Ertz. But Darren Waller is on a whole other level.

In just 2 games this year, Waller already has 170 yards on 15 receptions with 1 touchdown. Behind Travis Kelce, Waller is right up there with Kittle on who the second best tight end in the league is.

Look for Rowe to do his best to take Waller out of the game plan as much as he can. The Raiders will definitely need to account for Rowe in their game preparation.
