Miami starts the half with the ball and picks up a quick first down after completion to Mike Gesicki for 10 yards. As is the uncomfortable trend with this offense, they once again stall out and are forced to punt without doing much on the field.

The punt pins at their own 8-yard line and after two consecutive negative rushes and an incomplete pass, the Colts send the ball back towards the Dolphins who take over on their own 35-yard line. This is the drive we need to take the lead in this one!

Brissett is sacked to start the drive and after a great 10-yard completion to Waddle, the Colts defense knocks the third-down pass away, and the team once again punts. This is not looking good.

Miami’s defense seems to be getting a bit tired in this one. Jonathan Taylor gets back into his rhythm from the first half and is able to pick up 8 yards every time he touches the ball. Carson Wentz is able to connect with Michael Pittman, Jr. for 3 catches of over ten yards and get deep into Dolphins territory. Miami’s defense holds firm yet again and the Colts are forced to settle for a field goal.

Miami’s offense is just plain bad on Madden as they are forced, once again, to punt the ball away after another three and out. This is getting painful.

The Colts move the ball to mid-field to end the quarter.

At the end of the third: Indianapolis 13, Miami 10
