28. . (3-1). Previous: 9th. Las Vegas Raiders. 11. team

The Raiders lost their first game against the Chargers and it was the first time this season that they looked out of it. They were shut out in the first half as Derek Carr and the offense could not get anything going at all. The defense wasn’t any help either as it wasn’t until the second half when they started to slow down the Chargers a little bit but it was too late. The Raiders still have to prove that they belong at the top of the AFC.

35. . (2-2). Previous: 10th. Tennessee Titans. 12. team

The Titans were in a back and forth game all day long with the Jets before losing in overtime. Without AJ Brown and Julio Jones, everyone knew that the Titans were short handed and it was even worse when the offensive line didn’t help out at all, giving up 7 sacks. The defense didn’t look good either giving up 297 yards and 2 touchdowns to Zach Wilson. The Titans are hopeful to get AJ Brown this week to help give a boost to the offense.

Seattle Seahawks. 13. team. 36. . (2-2). Previous: 20th

It feels like the Seahawks have been all over the place to start the season but Sunday’s win over the 49ers will go a long way in any success they hope to have this year. The defense hasn’t been the best this year but they did help contribute this week with a pair of sacks and an interception. Russell Wilson had 2 touchdowns but it was the run game that helped the offense get going. The Seahawks are still an interesting team to learn more about.

Cincinnati Bengals. 14. team. 56. . (3-1). Previous: 19 th

The Bengals just keep winning. Joe Burrow and the offense has been on point since the loss to the Bears in Week 2. Burrow was able to put up 348 yards and 2 touchdowns while only being sacked once. That is a huge accomplishment for the Bengals, but they hope the offensive line can keep this up. The defense still has a ways to go, but the Bengals are heading into the right direction.

87. . (3-1). Previous: 15th. Carolina Panthers. 15. team

The Panthers issues finally caught up to them in their first loss of the season. There was pressure on Sam Darnold all day long but he was still able to get 4 touchdowns. Having Christian McCaffrey out there may have taken some pressure off of Darnold but it might have not mattered anyways. The Panthers defense couldn’t find a way to slow down Dak Prescott or the Cowboys run game. The Panthers defense needs to do better, and the addition of Stephon Gilmore should help with that.

team. 45. . (3-1). Previous: 13th. Denver Broncos. 16

The Broncos got their first real test of the season and they failed. Sure, they were without Teddy Bridgewater for most of the game but the offense was still struggling when he was in there. The Broncos came up with a season-low 7 points. It was an extremely disappointing performance as the defense also looked bad. The Broncos have a lot to prove if they want to be taken seriously.

team. 42. . (2-2). Previous: 14th. San Francisco 49ers. 17

The 49ers suffered their second straight loss, and they are now without Jimmy Garoppolo but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Rookie Trey Lance filled in nicely and the 49ers offense had a whole new identity with him in there. It may be a blessing in disguise for the 49ers but time will tell. The defense continues to not live up to expectations, but if they could turn it around, the 49ers may be in good shape.

. (1-3). Previous: 17 th. Minnesota Vikings. 18. team. 60

The script for the Vikings started out perfectly. Kirk Cousins looked lights out, and the offense marched right down the field for an opening drive touchdown. But it all went downhill from there and they ended up losing 14-7. The offense was shut down and it was extremely frustrating for the Vikings when watching how bad the Browns offense was struggling as well. The Vikings could have won this game but the offense was just out of it.

team. 58. . (2-2). Previous: 23rd. Washington Commanders. 19

Washington got a much needed win to help try and keep up with the Cowboys in the division. Taylor Heinicke continues to look impressive, and it will be hard for Ryan Fitzpatrick to get his job back. The run game is starting to get going more with Antonio Gibson leading the way. But there is still a lot of improvement needed from the defense who just gave up 30 points. It will be interesting to see if the defense can live up to its preseason hype.

Previous: 25th. Indianapolis Colts. 20. team. 46. . (1-3)

All of a sudden, the Colts look alive after an 0-3 start to the season. It was Jonathan Taylor’s best game of the season as he was lights out the whole game. Carson Wentz played much better as well and the offense just absolutely embarrassed the Dolphins defense. It was a must needed win for the Colts and they will continue to get better as the season goes on.
