57. . (3-2). Previous: 24th. Chicago Bears. 21. team

Justin Fields and the Bears keep things going in their second straight win. Fields had a clean game, throwing for over 100 yards and a touchdown. But the run game was the big key for the offense in this one. The defense showed up big time as well, they made Derek Carr and the Raiders offense to struggle all day long, and held them to just 9 points. It was a very good win for this young Bears team.

Washington Commanders. 22. team. 58. . (2-3). Previous: 19 th

Washington struggled quite a bit on Sunday. Their defense couldn’t slow down Jameis Winston or Alvin Kamara at all as those two alone ripped them apart. The offense struggled as well, especially Taylor Heinicke who threw two interceptions and completed less than half of his passes. Washington has a long way to go, and they have been one of the most disappointing teams up to this point.

47. . (2-3). Previous: 21st. New England Patriots. 23. team

The Patriots needed a 10 point comeback in the 4th quarter to beat the Texans. The Patriots defense struggles early on, and allowed Davis Mills to have his first good game of the year throwing for 3 touchdowns. But Mac Jones and the offense finally got it going late to make sure they wouldn’t be upset on the road. It was an ugly win, but the Patriots get back on track after losing a close one the week before.

(1-4). Previous: 20th. Indianapolis Colts. 24. team. 46.

The Colts had an absolute meltdown in the 4th quarter after having a huge lead and were playing good. The defense was a major disappointment and they couldn’t stop Lamar Jackson at all who just ripped them apart. It’s even worse for the Colts knowing that Carson Wentz and the offense played good enough to win. The loss drops the Colts to 1-4 and they have work to do if they want to save their season.

54. . (2-3). Previous: 28th. Philadelphia Eagles. 25. team

The Eagles got a big win on the road over the Panthers who have been hot as of late. Jalen Hurts struggled quite a bit, but did just enough to help give the offense the push that they needed. The big key in this win was the defense, they shut down Sam Darnold and forced him to throw 3 interceptions. This is a great sign for a defense that has been struggling lately.

(1-4). Previous: 25th. Miami Dolphins. 26. team. 59.

The Dolphins just took a beatdown to the defending champs and it wasn’t good. The defense got ripped apart, including their top 2 corners who they paid big time. The defense continues to be extremely disappointing this year. The offense was a little better this week, but you can only do so much with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback against one of the best defenses in the league. The Dolphins are very much looking forward to getting Tua Tagovailoa back this week.

44. . (2-3). Previous: 27th. Atlanta Falcons. 27. team

The Falcons traveled across the seas and finally put it all together on offense. With Calvin Ridley being out, it opened up the opportunity for Kyle Pitts to have his first big game and he did just that. The hot start didn’t last long as the defense fell off late in the game and nearly allowed the Jets to come all the way back. Overall, it was a good win for the Falcons.

31. . (1-4). Previous: 26th. New York Giants. 28. team

The Giants fall back down to earth after they had an upset win over the Saints last week. Even before Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley got hurt, the Giants were struggling to get anything going on offense. As for the defense, they didn’t have a great day at all going up against that Cowboys offense. The Giants are not much of a threat and they are starting to show it.

30. . (1-4). Previous: 29th. New York Jets. 29. team

The Jets went to London and they nearly came out with a comeback win. After a very slow start, Zach Wilson and the offense finally got going and they ended up giving the Falcons a scare. The defense is still pretty bad, the Falcons offense had a great day overall. The Jets are still one of the worst teams in the league.

30. team. 10. . (1-4). Previous: 32nd. Houston Texans

David Mills and the Texans put up a very good fight against a tough Patriots team. The offense got going early and Mills easily had his best game yet. He put up more than 300 yards and 3 touchdowns. The defense was even off to a hot start as well but they gave up 10 points in the 4th quarter which allowed the Patriots to come back and win. Overall, it was a great hard fought effort for the Texans.

(0-5). Previous: 31st. Detroit Lions. 31. team. 50.

The Lions are much better than what their record says they are but they just can’t get that first win yet. They lost to a game-winning field goal for the second time in three weeks. It was another great effort from the Lions, the run game was effective again but Jared Goff couldn’t get it going in the pass game. The defense played well throughout, slowing down the Vikings pass game but they just couldn’t do enough at the end.

Previous: 30th. Jacksonville Jaguars. 32. team. 52. . (0-5)

The Jaguars continue to be the worst team in the league. Trevor Lawrence looked better, and James Robinson was a monster in this game but the pass game could still do better to help out. The defense is still very bad though, they couldn’t stop the Titans offense at all. The Jaguars continue to look for their first win.
