Yes, I know that I mention this particular unit of the Miami Dolphins every week but this week I put a slight twist on it because I am not a hack. This week I’m saying that this current version of the offensive line cannot get better. Eichenberg, Jackson, Mancz, Hunt, and Davis are possibly at the level of a Conference USA offensive line. I really am not joking at all with that assertion.

They can’t get anything done. Myles Gaskin had 20 carries for 34 yards. That’s really hard to do but when you run the same running play over and over again with exactly zero differentiation in your approach that’s going to happen especially when this is the offensive line we have.

It really doesn’t matter if it’s Tua or Brissett back there. Every drop back is littered with 2-3 linemen getting thrown back in their lap or a down lineman running free due to one of those guys completely whiffing on a block. It’s utterly amazing to see just how bad they are.

You’d like to think that Robert Jones, Greg Little, and even Solomon Kindley would get a chance to see what they could do because they honestly can’t play worse than these guys. But I’m sure that won’t happen because Flores has some sort of weird thing where he won’t touch the offensive line. He’ll shuffle everyone else around but not the lineman. So weird.
