Aiden Hutchinson – EDGE – Michigan

Early returns on rookie Jaelan Phillips have been positive, and it looks as though the Miami Dolphins have at least one side of their edge pass rush future figured out. But in a division in which it will take defeating a mobile, MVP-level quarterback in Josh Allen in order to take the top spot, Miami would be wise to address the other side of the defensive line sooner rather than later.

One potential draft prospect to keep an eye on will be Aidan Hutchinson out of Michigan. The senior has traits to his game that are similar to those of Phillips, in that their bursts off of the ball and bull rush abilities are exceptional. Their physical builds are similar, and should remind Dolphins fans of a certain edge rusher who used to wear number 99.

Through ten games so far this season, Hutchinson has 9 sacks to go along with his 42 total tackles, 10.5 of which are tackles for loss. He also has two passes defended, as well as two forced fumbles. His Michigan Wolverines will travel to play Maryland this Saturday in a game in which Michigan will be favored by more than two touchdowns. Terrapins quarterback Tualia Tagovailoa has been sacked the fourth most of any signal caller in the Big Ten, and Hutchinson will look to add to that number this weekend. The game will begin at 3:30 eastern time.
