Another Miami Dolphins player that is being paid well below their production, and yet another, “well no kidding” player, is Emmanuel Ogbah.

Ogbah is the Dolphins best defensive end this year and was last year. He is the best DE that the Dolphins have had since Cameron Wake was on the team. He is playing on a one year deal that is worth $7.5 million.

$7.5 million is far from chump change. He is the fifth highest paid player on the team behind Byron Jones, Xavien Howard, DeVante Parker, and Will Fuller. He is playing better than both WRs and contributing far more than either of them combined.

It will be interesting to see if the Dolphins value Ogbah after this season is over. He is not going to come cheap and will eclipse the $10 million per season mark. Miami could shuffle some of that money that they are spending on Parker and Fuller to re-sign both Gesicki and Ogbah and it would be money well spent.
