Washington’s biggest difference between being a playoff team and picking in the top ten is quarterback, do you see the common theme between these teams picking at the top?

Ryan Fitzpatrick was expected to be that guy this year, but his injury set them back and derailed the team. But multiple injuries among some of the top players on the roster have set back this team.

After a 56-to-14 obliteration at the hands of the Dallas Cowboys, there is a clear indication that the Washington Football Team is in dire need of a quarterback. The quarterback likely won’t come in this draft, but an interesting option could be Atlanta Falcon’s quarterback Matt Ryan.

While he isn’t officially on the trade block, it wouldn’t be surprising if the Falcons choose to save money and go younger to build a competitive roster.

Here the Washington Football Team takes interior offensive lineman Kenyon Green to replace Brandon Scherff. After two years of the franchise tag, the team could choose to save money and get younger at the position to focus on taking a game-changing quarterback. Green is the pick as the WFT looks for a veteran quarterback if they even end up keeping the pick in their search.
