The Detriot Lions find themselves back on the clock with the Los Angeles Rams pick. For the Rams, they have had their fair share of issues, but are trending in the right direction at the right time.

After trade Goff and two first-round picks in exchange for Matthew Stafford, the Rams started slower than many expect. At times the offense, outside of Cooper Kupp’s historic pace, has looked bad. However, now with Sony Michel peaking at the right time, the rams find themselves sporting some stability.

For the Lions, this is the team’s second selection after taking Aidan Hutchinson with the second overall pick in the draft. Taking Jahan Dotson would give Goff and the Lions a weapon they’re so badly missing.

Currently, the team is getting by with a pass-catching group of T.J. Hockenson, Amon-Ra St.Brown, Josh Reynolds, and Khalif Raymond. Adding the former Penn State product would give them a downfield weapon that the team has lacked at times this season.

The Lions likely won’t turn it around in one season, but the team can give Campbell the building blocks necessary to build a good team his way.  Dotson might not be the top wideout in the class, but considering who is on the board, he’s the top option here.
