Leslie Frazier has a lot of experience and a lot of respect around the league. He also runs one of the most dominant defenses in the NFL for the Bills.

Getting Frazier would be a sting to an AFC East rival but the Bills are built well. Frazier has learned a lot over his coaching career and it hasn’t hurt to learn more from Sean McDermott. He is a qualified coaching candidate who could do a lot more with another chance.

Frazier has more NFL experience than any other coach currently on the Dolphins list of possibilities. His first NFL job came way back in 1999 when he joined the Eagles coaching the defensive backs. He has been a defensive coordinator for the Bills, Buccaneers, Bengals and Vikings, an assistant head coach for the Colts, and the head coach of the Vikings from 2011 to 2013.

He falls off the Andy Reid coaching tree and could find himself in a similar position as Reid. A second chance could be all he needs. At 62, there are longevity questions but Reid has stuck around.

Whether the Dolphins are serious about Frazier is something we will need to wait and see on.
