2. Innovative on Offense

I loved Brian Flores’ defense. I thought it was one of the best in the NFL, and it was so intricate. You could tell the defense was prepared each and every well, and they were tough to figure out for opposing offenses.

While that was fun and awesome, what did it really do for Miami? Back-to-back winning seasons were cool, but no playoffs? Why not? Because Miami’s offense was TRASH! It was hard to watch that offense play every single week.

They lacked innovation in all aspects of the game, which is why hiring McDaniel would be awesome. McDaniel is known as an offensive guru and has some of the best run schemes in the NFL.

McDaniel has learned under the Shanahan coaching tree, and currently, Kyle Shanahan is one of the best offensive minds in the game.

Miami needs a revamped offense, and McDaniel could bring that to Miami on Day 1.
