Ryan Jensen – Center – Tampa Bay Bucs

The Tampa Bay Bucs are entering an interesting time in their franchise, with Tom Brady’s retirement it’s likely that they will go into a rebuild. Cap space prevents them from taking another big swing at QB and it might be time for many Bucs players to decide if they want to stick around, or find greener pastures somewhere else.

Enter Ryan Jensen, Jensen has been one of the most durable centers in the NFL since signing with Tampa in 2018. To put it into perspective Jensen has played over 4,000 snaps for the Bucs and up until now has not missed a single start.

Jensen is physical, fired up and built for an offense that wants to rush the ball down the opponents throat. but Jensen is not only good at being a bulldozer for run schemes, according to PFF  Jensen is graded among the 70th percentile among all centers in gap and zone run schemes over the past 3 seasons.

A perfect piece and fit for the type of offense McDaniel wants to build in Miami.

The downside of Ryan Jensen is also one of his biggest strengths, Jensen is a mad-man in the trenches and even though this may help him get an edge on opponents it has gotten him into plenty of flag trouble in the past.

Ryan Jensen:

  • Durability.
  • Performance.
  • Urgency.
  • Experience.
  • Scheme fit.
  • QB security (Brady approved)

One of the best linemen FA’s hitting the market, hands down the best center in the market, and by far the big man with the least concerning injury history this FA. Give Ryan Jensen a blank check.
