Round 2 – Pick 50 in this draft should also produce a player who could immediately crack the starting lineup.

Kenneth Walker III – RB – Michigan State – The Dolphins need to add a running back. Is this year the year they use a relatively high pick to do so? If so, Walker could be the pick in this spot. Walker had a very impressive year at Michigan State, putting up over 1600 yards with 18 touchdowns. Walker also comes into the NFL with relatively low mileage. Walker was a transfer to MSU and was the feature back in just one of his three collegiate campaigns.

Daniel Faalele – OT – Minnesota – Faalele is a massive human being. Faalele started his college career north of 400 pounds. He’s been able to drop over 40 pounds to check in at a current weight of 380. He has only really played three years of football so there is still some refinement needed but the size, athleticism and potential ceiling makes Faalele an intriguing option if still on the board at pick number 50.

Isaiah Spiller – RB – Texas A&M – Spiller possesses the size of a prototypical NFL running back at 6’0 and 215 lbs. Spiller has been very productive throughout his college career posting back to back 1000 yard seasons after putting up 946 his freshman year. Spiller would immediately compete to be the bell cow back in Coach McDaniel’s offense which has shown the tendency to make stars out of running backs.
