1. Dependability

This kind of goes with the last point: you can count on Metcalf to produce. But you can also count on him to play.

Metcalf has not missed a game in his NFL career, playing in 49 of 49 career games. It’s not every single day you can trade for a 6-4, 235 pound, 24-year old star receiver that runs a 4.33 40-yard dash.

Metcalf is the complete package. He is a stud on the field, can play a full season, and brings some juice to match new head coach Mike McDaniel.

The new Dolphins head coach has been on the record saying he wants his receivers to block, and McDaniel can count on Metcalf
to put in that extra work on the field.

In my opinion, even if the price is Pick 29 and maybe a little more, it is worth it. Metcalf would be a bonafide star in Miami, and the thought of him and Waddle together would be incredible.
