Offensive line was a priority for the Miami Dolphins but so far, it hasn’t been a position that Miami seems willing to invest in.

Miami fans are still hoping that former Cowboys right tackle, La’el Collins will be a Dolphins by the end of the weekend but he is visiting the Bengals and has an LSU connection to both Joe Burrow and Chase Edmonds. If he leaves the Bengals without a deal, Miami might have a shot but he is going to be expensive no matter what.

Miami could go with an aging veteran on a one-year deal. That seems to be the MO of Grier with other positions. Nate Solder could enter the picture if he isn’t signed soon. Solder is 33 years old but he is younger than the 36 year old Duane Brown that some believe Miami should pursue.

Of course, Terron Armstead is still available and he seems to be waiting to see what Deshaun Watson does with his trade options. Miami reportedly is very high on the tackle who is 30 years old and coming off injuries.

Another veteran on the other side of 30 is Eric Fisher. Fisher never lived up to his top 5 draft status but has been serviceable the last few years, he might be a good fit that would give Dolphins coaches time to develop some of the current rostered Olinemen.
