Ranking the AFC starting Quarterbacks: Where does Tua Tagovailoa rank?

We are at the point of the offseason where almost every discussion is about Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.
The famous “how can I make this about Tua” mentality has taken over Dolphins Twitter again, and we are only in March.
They say the offseason is long, but wow, this is somehow going to be an even longer offseason at this rate.
However, one debate was going on that sparked my interest regarding the dominant AFC and their amazing quarterbacks.
Many AFC teams have been crafting their rosters to gear up for a Super Bowl run, and it starts with their elite quarterbacks.
Where does Tua Tagovailoa rank in the AFC?
The quarterback position will always receive the most attention and also be scrutinized the most. Quarterback is the most important position in sports, and it will always be a topic of discussion because of it.
The big debate as of late is where you would rank the 16 starting quarterbacks in the AFC heading into 2022. I saw a few interesting lists (one from Dolphins’ fans favorite Armando Salguero), some that were solid, and a couple that made me laugh. So, I decided to give it a go and rank them too.
