Ranking the AFC starting Quarterbacks: Where does Tua Tagovailoa rank?
By Jeremy Klump
4. Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers
“HE DIDN’T MAKE THE PLAYOFFS EITHER! GIVE ME TUA OVER HIM” Seek help if you truly say this and believe it. Justin Herbert is unbelievable, and he’s my second favorite quarterback in the NFL right now.
He has a rocket launcher of a right arm, and he can make all the throws. Miami picking Tagovailoa over him has a chance to go down as the worst decision in franchise history.
3. Deshaun Watson, Cleveland Browns
There he is! Dolphins Twitter’s favorite person! The guy who should be the starting quarterback in Miami…Deshaun Watson.
Watson didn’t play last year due to his legal situation, so I have him one spot lower than I think he could be. But even still, Watson is so amazing on the field, and he has a chance to win multiple MVPs in Cleveland while elevating a loaded roster to the playoffs and possibly the Super Bowl.
2. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills
Josh Allen is my favorite quarterback in the NFL. Allen has a rocket arm and can run like a running back. Many fans wrote him off too soon, but the sky-high potential was always there. And he reached it and then some.
Allen is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and will be for a very long time.
1. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs
There is no debate that Patrick Mahomes is the best quarterback in the AFC. Mahomes does things other quarterbacks can’t. Mahomes is on a first-ballot Hall of Fame path, and I think he will reach it and reach it easily.
