It may be a little surprising to have the duo with the best WR in the NFL at #5, but I just don’t see Hunter Renfrow comparable to the other sidekicks on this list.

Davante Adams is still in his prime as he will turn 30 this December, but special HOF players like Adams take a little bit longer to slow down than most. With 1,553 yards and 11TD’s last season, I expect Adams to take a slight dip in production without the NFL MVP, Aaron Rodgers. The WR is teaming up with his old college teammate, Derek Carr, so expect some fun moments from the pair this upcoming season.

Hunter Renfrow is one of the most interesting players to watch in the NFL. At 5’10 with a mediocre 4.59 40 yard dash, Renfrow uses his spectacular route running and hands to be one of the best slot wide receivers in the league. He more than doubled his production from his rookie year, reeling in 103 catches, 1,038 yards, and 9TDs last season. With Josh McDaniels having great experience utilizing these types of players, I expect more production from Renfrow in 2022, especially with most of the attention being placed on Adams.

Overall, this duo may be the best route running pair in the league. However, the lack of explosiveness and combined talent of the two is why they aren’t higher on the list.
