Mike McDaniel, HC:

The Miami Dolphins new HC Mike McDaniel has had nothing short of a spectacular start with his tenure with the Dolphins, from coaching hires to free agency.  Chris Grier has gone big and pulled off some franchise altering moves in the front office, but I believe this is because of McDaniel’s vision coming to life.

And that is why this team was moving in a way never before seen for many in Miami, in little over 2 months Mike McDaniel has turned the Miami Dolphins into a real danger in the AFC (on paper). Of course none of this matters if this doesn’t transition on the field.

But this era feels different, I don’t remember the Dolphins going big in trying to acquire big time players like Tyreek Hill since they traded for RB Ricky Williams over 20 years ago. These Miami Dolphins feel reborn, and hopefully this vision is proven true when the 2022 NFL Season comes around.

Top 3 fastest Dolphins players, and MPH recorded in game:

  • Tyreek Hill – 23.24 MPH
  • Raheem Mostert – 23.09 MPH
  • Jaylen Waddle – 21.80 MPH
