#5: 2019

1-13: Christian Wilkins – DT – Clemson
3-78: Michael Dieter – G – Wisconsin
5-151: Andrew Van Ginkel – LB – Wisconsin
6-202: Isaiah Price – T – Ohio State
7-233: Chandler Cox – RB – Auburn
7-234: Myles Gaskin – RB – Washington

Meh. Not exactly sure where to rank this one, but seeing as four of the six picks are still on the roster (and most getting plenty of playing time), it might be one of the more underrated draft classes of the bunch after further inspection.

None of the guys stand out as potential Pro Bowl talents like some of the members of other classes. But acquiring your starting defensive tackle, a starting linebacker, and your RB1 in the same draft should be considered a win. Van Ginkel ended up being one of the most valuable picks in this draft by the Dolphins, as he has become a reliable starter after being drafted in the 5th round.

The obvious big fish in this class is Wilkins, who has come on as an anchor on the Dolphins defensive front line. But even the on-field production mixed with the off-the-field antics and fan favoritism may not be able to overshadow the well-below average class behind him.
