#3 Seed, Cincinnati Bengals:

The AFC North is a division where I do think everyone tears each other to pieces, the difference between the North and West division in the AFC is that the AFC North has more equipped defenses.

In the AFC North the Bengals defense was a huge reason they went as far as they did, the Steelers made a playoff appearance off of defense alone, and the Browns bread and butter is run the ball and good defense.

However in the end I believe the best QB and offensive weaponry edge themselves out into 1st place, and the Bengals clearly have that. Lamar Jackson and the Ravens might return to contention but they haven’t made any moves that move the needle, and until further notice this is Joe Burrow’s division.

Jamarr Chase is already a top receiver in the league after only one season of professional football, and with Tyler Boyd, Tee Higgins, and Joe Mixon still on the roster I expect the Bengals offense to not lose a step.

The Bengals also improved their OL which was a weak point in 2021, I don’t think they end up doing as much damage in the playoffs because they won’t catch teams off guard. But they’ll definitely be in the mix among the contenders towards the end of the year.
