How will Miami Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel deal with adversity?

No matter how long you’ve been a fan of the Miami Dolphins you’ve dealt with a fair amount of incomprehensibly questionable mishaps, to say the least, it’s happened to every HC in the past and it might happen to McDaniel.

Say what you want about Brian Flores but at a 1-7 record in 2021 the team was still holding on strong to their belief, it takes a different type of leader to navigate through waters that deep.

How will McDaniel deal with those rough patches and murky waters? Only time will tell, McDaniel has been in 2 Super Bowl atmospheres while on a coaching staff so he definitely knows pressure. But one thing is assistant pressure, and a whole other behemoth is Head Coach pressure.

Once again I would like to give the Miami Dolphins HC a vote of confidence but he is a first-time HC, so I will reserve any type of opinion on this until it’s put on tape.

One thing is for sure, there will be some sort of growing pains. This is a new offense, with lots of new players, learning a new scheme under different coaching staffs managed by an HC that is new to the position.

A lot of youth mixed with experience in Miami from players to coaches, so it will be interesting to see how the season unfolds. Nevertheless, the expectations are there, and McDaniel leading this team to anything less than a playoff win in 2022 would be disappointing.

This roster is armed to the teeth, the coach has been highly praised across the league, and his QB was deemed a generational talent before getting drafted. There is no excuse for underperforming.
