Miami Dolphins opposing pass rusher #4: Nick Bosa

The Miami Dolphins will travel on the road to visit the San Francisco 49ers in 2021, and there will be storylines aplenty when that game comes up on the schedule. New head coach Mike McDaniel is very familiar with the 49ers organization, and it will be a battle between teacher and student as he takes on Kyle Shanahan.

One player that McDaniel will certainly have an eye on as the offensive guru is pass rusher Nick Bosa.

Bosa has had an excellent start to his career. He was named Defensive Rookie of the Year in his first season, amassing 9 sacks and 25 QB hits on the way to his first Pro Bowl. His second season was marred by an ACL injury that kept him out of 14 games, but Bosa came back in a big way in 2021. He was named a Pro Bowler again, thanks to his league-leading 21 tackles for loss and the 15.5 sacks that ranked him fourth in the NFL.

Bosa had four forced fumbles during the regular season in 2021 and another one in the playoffs.
