AFC draft picks that pose a problem for the Miami Dolphins
By Juan Vasquez
These are some other great additions, however, it won’t affect the Dolphins much unless they play the team directly:
Kyle Hamilton – S – Ravens:
Kyle Hamilton’s value dropped drastically after he had a disappointing 40-yard dash time at the NFL combine, I’ve never understood how scouts prefer combine speed over game speed but hey they’re the experts, not me.
Treylon Burks – WR – Titans:
Burks was my WR2 of this draft and if Miami never traded for Hill he was my top guy to go for at #29 overall, well unless the Dolphins traded up that would’ve been a heartbreak. Luckily the Dolphins have Tyreek Hill, so the Titans can pick any WR without affecting how Fins fans feel.
Trent McDuffie – CB – Chiefs:
Corners are in high demand in the AFC, teams have to try their best to provide coverage to some of the demonic firepower some teams have in this conference. The best defenses truly can’t keep up with the best offenses, so we’ll see how picking up all these corners turns out for AFC teams.
Tyler Linderbaum – OL – Ravens:
Another prospect I was studying for #29 overall before the Dolphins traded the pick, for some reason top prospects always fall to the Ravens. They got 2 premium players and they didn’t have to trade up into the top 10 picks to select their guys.
